Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order has been delivered.
Products once delivered cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
We strongly recommend reviewing the product details, ingredients, and usage information thoroughly before placing an order.
Refunds
No refunds will be issued once an order has been successfully placed and processed.
Refunds are not applicable for opened, used, or even unused products after delivery.
Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing them.
After 24 hours, orders enter the processing stage and cannot be canceled.

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product to our email or WhatsApp.
After verification, we will assess the issue and take appropriate action, which may include replacement or other support—however, this does not guarantee a refund or exchange.
Please note: The replacement request for damaged products must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for consideration.
Returns and replacements are Delivered within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
